How Are Items Shipped?
We take great care in safely packaging your order. We ship most orders via UPS Ground with online
tracking. We do use the US Postal Service for Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses as well as some small, lightweight orders via USPS
Priority Mail or First Class Mail.
What Are The Shipping & Handling Charges?
S&H is based on the packaged weight and dimensions. You can see the estimated S&H charges for your order by viewing your shopping cart contents by clicking the "Checkout" button.
How do
I submit my engraving text?
After checking out, you'll get email confirming your order. Simply reply to that email to send your engraving information. The direct email address is sales(at)awardauthority.com (replace the @ sign). Please include a daytime phone number in case we have questions.
Make sure you proof-read your text before submitting it as we import the text directly into our software. Also be sure to indicate male & female if applicable.
How Much
Text Can I Have Engraved?
Unlike many award companies, we do not charge per letter or word. The amount of text we can engrave varies depending
on the item. Most standard trophy plates can hold a MAX of three lines of
text with a MAX of 30 characters (letters, spaces & punctuation)
per line. The more lines and the more text you request, the smaller
the text will have to be. Two lines works better on most trophies. Due the plate size, some items may have different specs.

How soon
will I get my order?
We ship most orders 2-3 business days after we get
your paid order and engraving text. Custom or large quantity orders
make take longer. Delivery time after shipping is generally 2-5
business days depending on where you live. We are in located in
Central Georgia. We ship orders via First Class Mail (small, flat items),
Priority Mail (small, lightweight items) or UPS Ground (most orders
over 2 lbs). If your order is event date sensitive, please call to confirm production & delivery time. UPS Air shipping is available at an extra cost.
Is What You Have On The Website All That You Carry?
Our website contains only a VERY small portion of what we can do. We're constantly adding more items, but with thousands of possible custom built awards available we can only list some of the most popular.

Do An Award Design I Don't See On Your Site?
Of course we can! We're a full retail awards store
and can handle any of your custom awards needs. We can build trophies
to your specs. We can do custom printed ribbons even custom cast
